Voices and Expectations
INTRODUCTION
To meet the range of demands from various quarters an adequate response to climate change will require committed action from global, regional, national and local stakeholders. In this section we record conversations with representatives of these stakeholders during which they outline their strategies to combat climate change in their constituencies, how they are engaging with the climate change negotiations process and what their expectations for COP 17 are.
