Souley Mahamadou Laouali
Souley Mahamadou Laouali is a PhD student at the Political, Legal and International Studies Research Laboratory of Moulay Ismaël University in Meknes, Morocco. His work focuses on human rights, treaty law and migration. He has published several articles and books on the governance of irregular migration to Morocco as well as the on the international mobility of students from sub-Saharan Africa. In 2015, he co-founded Humanism and First Aid Without Borders– Niger, an NGO that assists and protects vulnerable people.
