Aymen Amayed is an agricultural engineer with a degree from the Higher Agricultural Institute of Chott-Meriem – Sousse. He is research assistant in a programme called Food Sovereignty, Security and Rural Livelihoods in the Arab World: The Case of Egypt, Morrocco and Tunisia, and is a team member of the NGO Observatory of Food Sovereignty and Environment in Tunisia.
