Invitation

Heinrich Böll Foundation and the National Shelter Movement of South Africa will host a public debate, to launch the reports – which set out existing policy and practice in relation to the provision and funding of shelter services by the state, while assessing whether shelters have sufficient resources to meet the needs of women and their children seeking refuge from domestic violence in the home.
